Yes, the canvas design is exactly the same for both rolled and framed kits. The only difference is how the canvas is prepared: rolled kits are not stapled to a timber frame, while framed kits come pre-stretched and ready to hang.

However, if you choose a different size of the same design, there will be slight differences. Larger sizes will include more paint pots with additional colors to capture finer details, while smaller sizes may have fewer colors, with slightly larger areas to fill for ease of painting. This ensures the best possible experience regardless of the size you choose!

Yes of course you can! Paint by numbers kits are designed for all skill levels, including beginners. Our numbered system provides guidance and makes it easy to create a beautiful artwork.

The time to complete a paint by numbers painting varies depending on the complexity of the design and the your painting speed. It can take anywhere from a few hours to several days or weeks to finish a painting.

For Little kits, I usually say 4-8 hours.

And the Big kits, about 14-18 hours!

We include a pre-printed canvas, numbered paints, and a set of timber brushes and reference image.

Dry Paints? No Problem!

If your paints have dried up before you’ve had a chance to finish your artwork, don’t worry! Follow these easy steps and we’ll send you replacements, it’s on us:

• Order Number: Include your order number in the email so we can track your purchase.
• Time Frame: Let us know within 3 months of your order.
• Proof: Attach a photo of the dried paint so we can check it out.
• Availability: If we have the paint in stock, we’ll ship it out to you right away! If we’re waiting on a restock, it may take a month or two for our supplier to get it to us. But, as an alternative, we’d be happy to offer you a different design to paint instead!

Need More Paints?

Running low on paint? We’ve got you covered with these simple steps:

• Order Number: Make sure to include your order number when emailing us.
• Time Frame: Contact us within 3 months of your purchase.
• Availability: Extra paints will depend on what we have in stock. If we’re out, no worries, we’ll place an order with our supplier. Just a heads-up, though, it could take a month or 2 for the new paints to arrive. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to offer a replacement painting in this case.
• Shipping: You’ll just need to cover the postage ($15) to get those extra paints sent to you.

What If It’s Been More Than 3 Months?

• If more than 3 months have passed since your purchase, we can still help you out by arranging a new set of paints for $18, plus shipping costs ($15).
• Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer free replacements after the 3-month window. 
• We set the 3 month window because, after a while, the quality of the paints can start to change, and we want to make sure you’re always getting the best experience. Beyond that time, it’s tricky for us to guarantee the same top-notch results, which is why we can’t offer free replacements after that. But don’t worry, we’ll still get you sorted with fresh paints if you need them!
